Novi Vinodolski 1 2011. New edifice is substitute for a small ruined house, on the site straight on the sea line, with superb views. Villa of high comfort has spaceful living/dining/kitchen room with garden terraces, has five bedroom/bathroom units and pleasant loft studio. Projected terraces are both extension of rooms and sun protection. During the hot summer days, water curtain is planned on the edges of terraces and overhead eaves. Night light animation was supposed to be in particular situation. Cantilevered beams and slabs gives some lightness and floating sensation to the volumes. Some piece of inspiration might be found in the Fallingwater composition, and in similar felling of Paul Rudolph's Bass Residence.
