On the attractive slope location, house has beautiful views on the neighbouring hills and city of Zagreb. First project was supposed to be double semidetached. Later project for single family house was made for young couple liking modern architecture. There are four floors
+1: guest apartment and studio
ą0: entrance, bel'etage for living and dining with deck
-1: bedrooms
-2: gym, utility, wine cellar and open terrace with swimming pool.
House was to be spaceful, full of light and bright. Cantilevered beam, deck slab and stretched steel-glass construction gives feeling of hovering and lightness.
The highest Croatian annual award for architecture Vladimir Nazor was given to this house in the year 2002.
