Brestje 1993. Quite conservative (in architectural sense) demanded villa with historic touch and expected quite formal (symmetrical) composition, pitched roof and plenty of comfort inside and in garden. Somehow some Robert Stern villas were model to be implemented. Big site in non built area on the outskirts of Zagreb was great passion for clients, but then concluded that everything is far away for their young kids, and gave up, changed their mind and bought the ruined house closer to the center in Zagreb-north, in Istarska.
