HOTO ville 2004. For gated, compound settlement developer Tomislav Horvatinčić ordered four different types of houses: single family, semidetached, two apartment house and triple decker. Beside myself, architects Duplančić and Juračić were hired too - in the same way. In each house, total gross surface had to be 400m2 - just alike building site 16x25m surface is. As all settlement is fenced, there are not fences on each parcels. Initial intention was to build all types prototype and continue upon the buyers interest for the type and for the parcel. During elaboration and construction process, houses solutions had been slightly changed by the developer's architects. Also weak interest for single family houses, semidetached and two flats house, made that many of those houses were divided in four or more small apartments. (See more about this project ..)
