Hercegovačka 2008.-2011. Very attractive western slope on the Zagreb north, with beautiful vistas to neighbouring hills with scattered houses, to the Sljeme mountain and toward western part of city – is location. For orientation of main rooms, south side is handicapped, because of very close position of huge residential building. Garage for two cars, spaceful living&dining, four bedrooms with bathrooms, and recreation room connected to garden terrace – was program. House central space is illuminated through skylight. For the sake of uninterrupted views, 10 meters slab is not supported in the middle, but hung from above beam. The clients were positive towards more glass on the garden facade, but western sun precaution eventually made some reduction of opening.
