Pantovčak 2006. Clients bought an old devastated house, planned to be substituted with new one of 600m2 and building permits had been issued for that. They didn't like that new project (size was fine, but not the rest) and I was asked to make a new project in sketches. Because in meantime, regulations for that area had been changed, the new project might be 400m2 gross area maximum. So, this was try to make better 400m2 than 600m2 house, but it was not successful.
