Stari Grad 1978. Modest house (0.living, dining, garage, 1.bedrooms) for family of four was intended to be used mostly during the summer. Location is near the oldest place Pharos on the Hvar island, 100 meters of the sea. Pitched roof was proposed by local regulations but it was designed very low to avoid modern / vernacular conflict. In late 1980s there was demand for one more floor with separate flat, but never has been realized.
