Novi Vinodolski 2 2011. On the place of improper, ruined small house, single family, free standing villa is planned. Straight on the sea with spectacular views was challenge for this project. High comfort villa has large living/dining area on the lowest level connected with outside garden terraces, five bedroom+bathroom suites are on the upper floors, and spatious studio is on the top. An idea is that summer hot days sun-protection for the most exposed part of house, might be falling water screen.
