Zelengaj - Silvija 1987, 1992. The third, the last finalized villa is slightly different - without roof terrace and entrance yard. Next to entrances, some common room was planned, for social meetings of residents: small children in the morning, seniors in the afternoon and youngsters in the evening - some sort of club space with fireplace, TV, books, magazines etc. Instead, investor concluded that small shop would be more interesting for residents - maybe that is better? In this villa, several apartments were treated with anfilada connection of rooms, a nice spatial theme, but not acceptable to everyone.
