URBAN VILLA - ZEMUN
1990.
Authors: Ivan Juras, Lenko Pleština

A settlement of 17 urban villas was subject of competition in Zemun. A Belgrade architect formed the competition team of 17 participants, both from Belgrade and Zagreb, each one for one villa. He asked Duško Dropulić to pick up architects from Zagreb, My faculty colleague Ivan Juras who was invited to participate, asked me to join him. We settled down types of apartments on the pattern of central hall with dining (type I had used on Zelengaj), and Juras came with an idea of "axe volume", that would be added to the basic volume and rise up a formal quality of composition. Juras made also nice shaded perspective drawings, here presented.
