There were some unused space among foundation walls under ground floor apartment, and some open roof terrace bounded with walls (not used common solarium) above small apartments. Both were realized. At the first case, problem was how to cut 45 cm reinforced slab for the staircase (such thickness because air-bombing protection), at second how to make successful underground water protection? Both were successfully done!
