assistance - PAUL RUDOLPH OFFICE
(VIII,IX,X,1972.+ I,II,III,IV,1973.)
In one more famous office in New York, I worked on different projects:
-Lower Manhattan Expressway (on model, hatching on perspective, on cartoons for animations)
-Dean House (on working projects)
-Office Building in Madrid, 1973. (presentation drawings - was drawn in scale 1:100)
-Rogers House, Forth Worth, 1973. (presentation projects)
This office was size up to 15 people, there were not partners, so PR was very much involved in all projects done in office. I worked under my job captain Donald Luckenbil, and on projects for Madrid and Forth Worth, Paul Rudolph directly orchestrated the work. (An anecdote from his correction of drawing - PR was not pleased how I had drawn the tree on the section through the patio of the Rogers House. "Should be much lighter - leaves alike flattering on the breeze!" I felt the moment for joke: "but there is not a breeze - patio is glass covered." Usually serious Rudolph, got smiled and replied: "I‘ll put an air-condition blowing!")
