Sesvete 1975. High rise apartment block is designed with two with tracks, in-between glass covered space with galleries of apartments. Type, size and structure of flats are according the competition propositions. Mostly, there are two rooms apartments - very comfortable for a single and couple, acceptable for a young family with a kid or two, and might be used for a while even of the bigger young family (parents are sleeping in the living room!). To easy expected overcrowded apartments, all galleries lead to common sunny terraces where tenants can find some extra space and company of neighbours.
