ADRIATIC FOUR-LEVELS Adriatic villas are combination of permanent dwelling and tourist renting accommodation. Urban plans in many areas propose types of houses with four levels. An image of traditional architecture in the coastal area is stone. It was construction material of vernacular houses, of palaces, castles and fortification. It was material of retaining walls. Mountains also had an exposed stone surface. Maisons were skillful in stone construction. Today situation is quite different. Another materials, another spatial demands and another forms.
