Carpet Housing 2012. Carpet cluster of 24 houses are arranged in six rows with galleries and basement with garages, for each unit - two cars, plus additional parking places for visitors. Two basic types of dwelling units, concerning the staircase from garage, can be arranged in numerous variants, up to four bedrooms. Position in cluster do not affect very much performances, but anyway it is possible to note: eight central units and outer positions with possibilities of better (further) view. All units are a bit more than 100 sq m and small 6x6 garden (with big tree), plus garages and storage in basement. Bearing structure are modulated with 6x6 m fields. Project was made for flat terrain in Zagreb, but could be applied to many different location, even better on slightly slanted site.
